This is a clamp jig developed for wire processing. It uses martensitic stainless steel that is resistant to rust and wear. Heat treatment has been applied with a hardness of HRC55° through full hardening. ● It adopts a two-stage clamping method that can accommodate thin workpieces. ● A simple and integrated structure allows for precise clamping. ● The main body of the pallet is equipped with a horizontal and parallel adjustment mechanism.
